How do I choose my size?

The measurements of each garment (length, width) are indicated on its product page: for tops, the length is measured from the shoulder to the bottom of the garment and the width from armpit to armpit; for bottoms, the length is measured from the top of the trousers to the bottom and the width at the waist. Compare these measurements with a similar garment you already own, and contact our customer service team if you are unsure between two sizes.

How can I track my package?

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can then track your package directly on the carrier's website.

How do I make a return?

Go to our returns portal, then follow the instructions to register your request. Carefully pack your items and ship the parcel using the return label you receive once your return has been registered.

What delivery options are available?

Depending on your address, you can choose home delivery, delivery to a pickup point, post office, or locker, or free collection from our showroom in Didenheim. The available options, prices, and delivery times are shown when you place your order.
